Our client, a high-growth DTC scale-up in the Health & Wellness space, is hiring for an exciting role on their team, a Social Commerce Manager (TikTok Shop).
The TikTok Shop Manager will drive measurable growth through TikTok Shop by scaling creator partnerships, evolving content strategy, and maximising GMV.
About the Role:- Build, scale, and manage a high-performing TikTok Shop creator network
- Develop and refine creative briefs that drive real sales outcomes
- Launch and optimise creator challenges and incentives for performance uplift
- Partner cross-functionally with creative, paid, and agency teams
- Use content analytics to evolve strategy based on real results
- Proven experience growing revenue via TikTok Shop and creator content
- Deep understanding of TikTok mechanics, content trends, and what converts
- Strong commercial mindset: fluent in GMV, ROAS, CPA and performance metrics
