They are investing heavily in new tech and talent and are now hiring for a Senior Performance Marketing Director to lead a large client portfolio, guide strategic delivery and mentor experienced performance marketing specialists to achieve measurable growth.
You will shape performance strategy, strengthen client partnerships and develop high-performing paid media teams. This is a standout opportunity to influence commercial growth, improve scalable ways of working and play a visible role within the senior leadership team. About the Role:- Own senior client relationships across ecommerce and retail accounts
- Lead and develop Performance Directors and paid media specialists
- Act as the escalation point for complex client challenges
- Improve systems, processes and service quality across delivery
- Support pitches, thought leadership and commercial growth initiatives
- Extensive agency or in-house digital marketing leadership experience
- Strong paid social AND paid search experience
- Good knowledge of digital creative, SEO, programmatic etc.
- Retail and Ecommerce experience is essential
- Proven success scaling and motivating large specialist teams
- Confidence influencing founder, C-suite and senior stakeholders
- Strong commercial judgement backed by data-led decision-making
- Excellent communication skills, including difficult conversations
- Senior leadership role with real strategic influence
