Now approaching their second birthday, the brand already reaches millions daily and has plans to become one of the world’s biggest subscription platforms. The Senior Paid Media Manager will drive the global paid strategy, owning everything from day-to-day activation to high-level channel innovation.
The Senior Paid Media Manager will:
- Take full ownership of Paid Media activity across search and social, delivering scalable growth
- Build and evolve a robust global test-and-learn programme across UK, US, and AU markets
- Translate insight into strategy, using large datasets to guide campaign direction and ROI
- Work closely with Editorial, Brand, and Product teams to optimise the end-to-end funnel
- Lead and influence cross-functional stakeholders, managing agency partnerships effectively
You will need:
- Proven expertise in performance media strategy and hands-on delivery (Search and Social)
- Track record of scaling paid media across multiple markets with commercial impact
- Confident, analytical communicator able to distil insights to stakeholders at all levels
- Collaborative style, able to influence cross-team outcomes in a growth-focussed environment
- Experience managing agencies; bonus if you’ve handled ATL or international campaigns
