As part of continued investment and growth across ecommerce channels, our client is looking to appoint a commercially driven Senior National Account Manager to take ownership of one of its most strategically important accounts. Our client is an award-winning international consumer brand with decades of success, recognised for innovation, product excellence, and market leadership within the health and wellness sector. With products sold in over 100 countries and a portfolio of household-name brands, the business continues to grow through a strong commitment to research, quality, and customer trust.
The Senior National Account Manager – Amazon will join a collaborative, ambitious, and fast-paced commercial environment where ownership, innovation, and accountability are highly valued. The Senior National Account Manager – Amazon will take full commercial ownership of the UK Amazon business, driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence across Vendor (1P).
The Senior National Account Manager – Amazon will lead Joint Business Planning, oversee trading strategy, and manage key commercial levers including promotions, pricing, and availability. Working cross-functionally with Digital, Supply Chain, and Brand teams, the Senior National Account Manager – Amazon will ensure commercial plans are aligned with execution to maximise growth opportunities and deliver best-in-class marketplace performance.
The Senior National Account Manager – Amazon will:
- Own Amazon revenue delivery, trading performance, and profitability targets
- Lead Joint Business Planning and promotional strategy across key retail events
- Manage pricing, trade terms, chargebacks, and contribution margin performance
- Partner with Digital teams to align commercial activity with SEO, content, and paid media strategies
Strong strategic, hands-on, and commercial experience within Amazon account management is required, along with strong Amazon Vendor (1P) experience managing large-scale accounts and excellent commercial acumen and understanding of Amazon trade terms.
