- Someone who actively embraces AI as part of their day-to-day workflow, using emerging tools to accelerate production, explore creative directions and streamline processes without compromising quality.
- A designer who combines strong visual instincts with systems thinking, balancing hands-on execution with the ability to mentor junior creatives and continuously improve the way teams work.
What you’re great at:
- Advanced Figma capability, including component libraries, auto layout, variables, design systems and reusable templates that scale across multiple campaigns and markets.
- Designing high-performing digital creative across email, CRM, lifecycle marketing, paid and organic social, landing pages and customer-facing campaigns.
- Using AI tools and automation to improve creative workflows, accelerate production and unlock new approaches to design and execution.
- Translating customer insight, behavioural understanding and performance data into creative decisions that drive measurable results.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across marketing, retention, product and creative teams while supporting and mentoring more junior designers and freelance partners.
