Now, they're looking for a strategic heavyweight to shape growth, lead top-tier talent, and play a key role in shaping the agency’s future.
The Senior Account Director will take ownership of client success, team development, and department-wide excellence — with full strategic input across operations, growth, and leadership.
Role Highlights- Lead and optimise performance marketing for a portfolio of retail and ecommerce clients
- Mentor senior performance leaders and build a high-performance, collaborative culture
- Drive measurable commercial outcomes through strategic client planning
- Act as a senior point of contact for client stakeholders, including C-suite decision makers
- Design scalable systems and ways of working across the paid media function
- A proven track record in performance marketing (agency or in-house)
- Experience leading large, senior teams and growing a department at pace
- Strong commercial acumen and data-led decision making
- Deep expertise across paid digital channels and ecommerce trends
- Confidence managing senior stakeholders and influencing board-level strategy
