The Performance Director will oversee a portfolio of e-commerce accounts, lead cross-functional teams, and shape marketing strategies that drive long-term client growth.
Role Highlights- Own a portfolio of up to five ecommerce accounts, acting as strategic lead and senior client partner
- Develop and deliver high-performing marketing strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Guide and mentor Paid Media Team Leads and specialists to support their growth and effectiveness
- Collaborate with creative teams to drive better campaign outcomes and integrated services
- Contribute to agency growth by supporting pitches, case studies, and new service development
- Proven experience leading client portfolios within performance marketing, ideally across retail or e-commerce
- Strong working knowledge of major paid platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest) and optimisation tactics
- Confidence managing senior stakeholders and navigating commercial conversations
- A collaborative leadership style with experience in mentoring high-performing teams
- Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and execute revenue-driving opportunities
