You’ll join a business deeply embedded in TikTok Shop and creator-led growth, working with ambitious brands across beauty, fashion, lifestyle and FMCG. The Head of Influencer will define and scale influencer and affiliate strategy across TikTok Shop, driving measurable GMV growth while leading a team and advising clients on best-in-class creator-led performance.
Role Highlights- Own and evolve influencer and affiliate strategy across multiple client accounts
- Build scalable frameworks for sourcing, activating and retaining high-performing creators
- Lead end-to-end TikTok Shop campaigns aligned to commercial KPIs
- Collaborate with creative, trading and account teams to maximise campaign impact
- Track and optimise performance using data across GMV, conversion and ROI
- 4+ years’ experience in influencer, affiliate or social commerce marketing
