- Set the strategic agenda for paid media, partnering with the agency to align plans with brand and revenue goals
- Own performance insights across all hotels and geographies, identifying what’s working and where to optimise
- Guide test-and-learn campaigns across channels, formats, and audiences to refine digital impact
- Interrogate media forecasts and performance reports to ensure commercial rigour and actionability
- Collaborate with Brand, CRM, Distribution and Revenue teams to support full-funnel conversion

- Track record of improving ROAS, CPA and media contribution at scale across markets
- Comfort working with complex data, performance dashboards, and agency relationships
- Strong grasp of geo-targeting, segmentation, and localisation strategies
- Tools proficiency: GA4, Looker Studio, Excel/Sheets; SQL is a plus
Why You’ll Love It:
- Hybrid working (3 days onsite in central London HQ)
- Global remit across top-tier city destinations
- Ownership without platform execution
- Genuine innovation: test betas, shape roadmaps, and influence spend strategy
- Collaborative culture that values clarity, insight and commercial thinking
- Exposure to brand, ecommerce, and revenue management functions
- Opportunity to grow in a business with international expansion plans
