We are working with a high-growth performance marketing agency known for delivering breakthrough results for well-known ecommerce brands. They are investing heavily in new tech and talent and are now hiring for a Performance Marketing Director to help steer a portfolio of high-value Retail clients to measurable success.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and results-driven performance marketing leader to join one of the UK's fastest growing agencies. You will lead a portfolio of up to 5 accounts and oversee the delivery of all services for those clients. You'll lead a team of paid media specialists, including direct line management of at least one Paid Media Team Lead, ensuring delivery of outstanding results.

  • Own a portfolio of up to five ecommerce accounts, acting as strategic lead and senior client partner.
  • Develop and deliver high-performing marketing strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Guide and mentor Paid Media Team Leads and specialists to support their growth and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to drive better campaign outcomes and integrated services.
  • Contribute to agency growth by supporting pitches, case studies, and new service development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading client portfolios within performance marketing (Paid Social and/or Paid Search).
  • Ideally have worked with Ecommerce & Retail brands.
  • Confidence managing senior stakeholders and navigating commercial conversations.
  • Access to market-leading tech platforms and AI-powered campaign tools.
