As the Head of Campaigns & Brand Experience, this is a pivotal leadership role within a fast-scaling multi-brand eCommerce business serving millions of UK homeowners. You’ll sit at the intersection of creativity, performance marketing and commercial strategy, shaping how campaigns are conceived, delivered and experienced across multiple digital retail brands. The opportunity is to bring structure to complexity, elevate storytelling, and ensure every customer touchpoint feels intentional, consistent and commercially impactful while operating in a high-growth, test-and-learn environment.

The Head of Campaigns & Brand Experience will play a central role in shaping how campaigns connect performance marketing, creative output and customer experience, ensuring the business continues to scale with clarity, pace and impact. The Head of Campaigns & Brand Experience will act as the strategic anchor for campaign planning, brand storytelling and cross-channel execution across the group.
Role Highlights- Own and evolve the annual campaign and promotional calendar across multiple brands
- Translate operational and product strengths into compelling customer-facing narratives
- Lead coordination between Social, PR, Creative, CRM and Performance teams
- Drive scalable, testable creative output to support rapid optimisation cycles
