With six customer-facing websites serving nearly 20 markets, the business is investing in digital talent to elevate the customer experience and deliver measurable value through technology and content excellence.
The Website Content Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing the digital experience for B2B clients, particularly within the innovation and tech sectors. The role offers the opportunity to manage content updates, analyse engagement trends, and work with a cross-functional global team to drive forward an ambitious roadmap. The Website Content Manager will:
- Collaborate with business and marketing stakeholders to ensure content is accurate, compliant, and aligned to brand guidelines.
- Maintain and update content across international websites using enterprise-level CMS platforms.
- Provide reporting and recommendations using tools such as Heap to drive data-led enhancements.
- Work closely with delivery partners and development teams to manage the roadmap and improve content workflows.
- Support scalable content strategies that enhance customer experience and meet regulatory requirements.
The role requires:
- Experience managing B2B content across large-scale or international websites.
- Ability to translate data insights into tactical content improvements and optimisation plans.
- Proficiency in CMS tools such as Adobe AEM or Sitecore.
