I’m working with a fast-growing global hospitality group that’s redefining modern travel. With several properties across key international cities and airports, they’re expanding quickly, and data is at the heart of their next stage of growth. They’re now hiring a Growth Analytics Manager to join their central commercial team in London. This is a newly created position designed to modernise how the business uses data across marketing, digital, and revenue. You’ll sit at the intersection of revenue, marketing, and digital, translating data into insight that drives bookings, optimises campaigns, and informs commercial strategy. Your work will directly support senior leadership and shape data-driven decisions across multiple markets.
Performance Analytics & Data Strategy
This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You’ll use data to identify opportunities, improve how we capture and model information, and help build scalable reporting frameworks that bring clarity to business performance. Working closely with the commercial and marketing teams, you’ll consolidate data from multiple systems to create reliable, automated insight. You’ll design dashboards and frameworks that guide leadership teams toward better, faster decisions.
- Partner with key stakeholders to define analytics priorities and align them with business goals

Delivering Insights
You’ll be the main point of contact for insights that drive commercial growth. From diagnosing booking trends to evaluating campaign performance and forecasting revenue, your analysis will help the business make smarter, evidence-based decisions.
- Analyse marketing, pricing, and revenue data to identify growth opportunities

This is a hands-on role where you’ll make analytics faster, smarter, and easier to scale. You’ll identify opportunities to automate manual processes, improve data quality, and ensure consistent reporting across markets.

About You

- Have 5 to 10 years of experience in analytics, commercial strategy, or revenue performance
- You are fluent in SQL and familiar with BI tools (e.g. Looker, Power BI, Tableau)
- You understand digital marketing, attribution, and customer acquisition metrics
- Can communicate insights effectively to senior stakeholders
- Enjoy working in dynamic, fast-moving, global teams
- Ideally has experience in travel, hospitality, or another consumer-facing industry
