Role Overview:
As a Business Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of how we understand and connect with our client's customers. You’ll take ownership of CRM data, ensuring it’s accurate, reliable, and ready to power decision-making. You’ll design and build reports and interactive dashboards that help sales, marketing, and leadership teams spot opportunities, track campaign performance, and measure customer engagement. Beyond the numbers, you’ll translate complex data into clear stories and actionable insights - helping the business drive smarter customer retention, acquisition, and growth strategies.
Essential Skills:
- Strong experience with leading CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical mindset with great attention to detail
- Ability to explain insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have:
- SQL expertise
- Power BI (or other BI tools) for dashboards and visual reports
- Experience in customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing
