About The Role:- Lead the trading performance of international eCommerce websites across multiple territories (primarily the US & Spain).
- Develop and deliver market-specific trading plans, campaigns and product launches.
- Optimise customer journeys, merchandising and on-site conversion performance.
- Partner with marketing, CRM, creative and operations teams to maximise commercial results.
- Analyse trading data, customer behaviour and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Strong ecommerce trading experience - Commercial trading over content is essential.
