Following a period of exceptional growth & investment, they are now hiring for a Head of Acquisition to take ownership of customer growth across multiple international markets.

The Head of Acquisition will lead the end-to-end customer acquisition strategy, driving scalable growth across digital channels while ensuring efficiency, profitability and long-term customer value. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a pivotal role in shaping growth strategy, optimising performance marketing investment and identifying new opportunities for expansion. This position offers significant visibility, influence and career progression potential. You will collaborate with commercial, finance, ecommerce and brand teams to accelerate customer growth, improve marketing efficiency and strengthen market presence. You will be instrumental in delivering the next phase of growth for this exciting business.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute a multi-channel customer acquisition strategy across paid and partnership channels
  • Own budget allocation, forecasting and performance planning aligned to commercial objectives
  • Drive performance across Meta, Google, TikTok and affiliate marketing programmes
  • Lead testing, optimisation and conversion improvement initiatives across the customer journey
  • Identify and unlock new growth opportunities, markets and acquisition channels
About You:
  • Proven leadership experience within a high-growth DTC, ecommerce or consumer brand environment
  • Strong expertise across paid social, paid search and affiliate marketing channels (deep expertise in Meta is essential)
  • Advanced understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV, attribution modelling and performance measurement
  • Commercially-minded growth leader
  • A data-driven approach combined with commercial awareness and strategic thinking
  • International market exposure is a bonus
