Our client is a fast-scaling, consumer-focused DTC brand investing heavily in its digital platform to unlock smarter personalisation, stronger organic growth, and smoother customer journeys. Following 20% year-on-year growth and a recent European launch, they are entering an exciting new phase of scale.
You’ll sit at the heart of day-to-day website delivery - making changes quickly, protecting tracking integrity, and partnering with Marketing, UX, Development and an external SEO agency to ship improvements that genuinely move conversion and revenue. The Website Manager will own hands-on website operations across the tech stack, keeping the site fast, accurate, and optimised while turning trading priorities into clean execution.
About the Role:- Own the day to day running of UK & EU websites
- You will run Google Tag Manager tagging and QA
- Manage WordPress/Elementor updates: content, imagery, navigation and structure
- Implement SEO actions with an external agency and track impact
- Support A/B tests and CRO improvements from hypothesis to reporting
- Monitor Core Web Vitals, speed and site health; escalate fixes to developers
- 4+ years experience in website operations/digital ops with SEO exposure
- DTC background (ideally in a subscription business)
- Technically minded - comfortable working with dev teams
- Confident with Google Tag Manager (essential)
- Working knowledge of GA, Search Console and performance reporting
- CMS experience (WordPress/Elementor or similar) plus HTML/CSS basics
- Thrives in a fast-paced, scale up environment
- Clear ownership with autonomy to ship improvements quickly
- Varied work: tagging, SEO, CRO, UX journeys and trading moments
- Growth exposure through international site builds and optimisation roadmap
- Supportive cross-functional set-up and access to specialist partners/agencies
- Tools-led environment (e.g., CDP/personalisation, testing and reporting stack)
