I am looking for a Senior Bid Executive to join a highly respected professional services organisation with a strong social purpose and an excellent reputation within its specialist sectors. For over 50 years, the organisation has combined market-leading expertise with a commitment to improving lives, communities and society. Location

This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week in the office in Birmingham, and the remainder working from home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end management of complex bids and tender submissions
  • Develop win themes and bid strategies to maximise success
  • Produce high-quality tender responses, executive summaries and proposal content
  • Coordinate stakeholder contributions throughout the bid process
  • Manage bid review sessions and interview preparation
  • Ensure submissions are compliant, persuasive and delivered to tight deadlines

Requirements

  • Excellent writing, editing and communication skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking ability
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple bids and competing deadlines
  • Confident engaging with senior stakeholders across the business

Experience

  • Significant experience leading complex, high-value bids from pre-bid stage through to submission
  • Proven track record of delivering successful tender responses
  • Experience working within a professional services, legal or consultancy environment would be advantageous
