The Role
We’re seeking a talented Bid Writer to join our pre-construction team. Working closely with senior leaders, estimators, and project managers, you will play a key role in developing winning tenders and proposals that showcase our expertise and values.
This is a hybrid role, offering a balance of office collaboration in Cheshire and home working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write, edit, and structure bid responses, PQQs, and tender submissions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex project information into clear, persuasive content.
- Ensure all submissions are tailored, compelling, and aligned with client requirements.
- Maintain and develop a library of case studies, CVs, and bid materials.
- Support continuous improvement of bid processes and content quality.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Bid Writer, ideally within construction or a related sector.
- Strong written communication and research skills, with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Experience in healthcare construction projects is desirable but not essential.
