Overview
We are partnering with a leading London-based architectural practice known for delivering innovative, sustainable, and award-winning projects across the UK and internationally. We are looking for an experienced Bid Manager / Bid Writer to own the bidding process – crafting compelling proposals that showcase design excellence and secure new opportunities for the practice.
The role
This is a pivotal role at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and delivery. You will:
- Lead the end-to-end bid process, from opportunity tracking to final submission
- Write and edit high-quality, tailored bid content that clearly communicates our value proposition
- Coordinate inputs from architects, directors, and consultants to ensure winning submissions
- Manage deadlines, compliance, and formatting to meet client requirements
- Maintain and update bid library materials for future use
- Support the team in preparing presentations and interviews
About you
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in managing bids/tenders (ideally in architecture, construction, or design sectors)
- An exceptional writer with a keen eye for detail and design
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines
- Comfortable working collaboratively with a creative, fast-paced team
- Confident using Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office
