We're partnering with a highly ambitious, international consumer business that is entering an exciting new phase of growth. Operating across multiple markets with significant expansion plans ahead, the business has built a unique customer proposition, a passionate community, and a strong foundation for future scale. Following recent investment in both people and infrastructure, they are now looking to appoint their first dedicated Head of Marketing.

The Role

Reporting into the senior leadership team, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end marketing function, driving both immediate commercial performance and long-term brand growth. You'll be responsible for increasing customer acquisition, improving conversion, growing retention and lifetime value, and building greater awareness in a category that remains largely untapped. This is a highly visible role requiring a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You'll work closely with operational, commercial and finance teams to create a scalable marketing function capable of supporting rapid international growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the overall marketing strategy across multiple international markets
  • Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through a mix of brand and performance marketing activity

About You

We're looking for an experienced marketing leader who thrives in high-growth environments and enjoys bringing structure, focus and commercial rigour to ambitious businesses. You may currently be a Head of Marketing, Senior Marketing Manager, Growth Lead or Marketing Director looking for your next challenge. You'll likely bring experience from areas such as:

You'll have:
