You will combine concept, craft, and team leadership, bringing bold ideas to life across fully integrated campaigns. From digital-first activations and paid social to OOH and brand storytelling, this role is perfect for someone who can both lead and do - inspiring a team of designers/Art Directors while staying close to the work.
You will join a collaborative in-house studio that values quality, pace, and imagination, producing creative that connects with audiences around the world.
What they need:- Someone equally comfortable ideating big campaign ideas as they are crafting final assets - the ultimate "player/coach" who can lead from the front.
- A designer with proven B2C or agency-side experience, confident balancing multiple projects at pace on a global stage.
- A hands-on creative who knows how to inspire & mentor their team, setting the creative bar high.
- Someone fluent in digital and social, with experience delivering paid ad campaigns and integrated brand work.
- A confident communicator who can sell ideas, manage stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Bringing designs and artistic vision to life - from initial concept through to delivery and iterating on these visuals to deliver the best and most cohesive brand experience.
- You know Figma inside out, and can lead by example for your ambitious team beneath you.
- Turning insight into standout creative ideas that work across all channels: digital, social, OOH, print and motion.
- Leading and motivating teams, giving constructive feedback, and nurturing creative growth.
- Managing multiple briefs, prioritising effectively, and delivering beautiful work at pace.
- Balancing concept and craft - ensuring everything is on-brand, strategically sound and visually exceptional.
- This role is largely remote with monthly travel to the regional HQ/Studio.
