With exciting expansion plans in place, they are looking to bring on an Assistant Brand Manager to support their marketing efforts for 3 months to provide additional resourcing.

Role Overview

The Assistant Brand Manager will play a key role in supporting the marketing function, focusing on brand activation, social media engagement, and community growth. The role requires a proactive, brand-building enthusiast who will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of product sampling, content creation, and consumer engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

The Assistant Brand Manager will:

  • Assist with the organisation and execution of brand activations, including sampling events and product drops.
  • Manage seasonal branded merchandise and product sample distribution across various stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with ambassadors, retailers, and PR contacts.
  • Engage with consumers via Instagram DMs and comments, ensuring a responsive and positive brand presence.
  • Support content creation, including social listening, concept development, and assisting with content shoots.

Essential Skills

The Assistant Brand Manager will bring:

  • 1-2 years of general marketing experience (experience in FMCG is advantageous).
  • A valid UK driving licence (must be 25 or over to drive company vehicles).
