Our client is a globally recognised organisation undergoing significant digital transformation across ecommerce and marketplace channels. This newly enhanced opportunity has been created to support continued growth across Amazon EU and key European ecommerce platforms, making it an exciting time to join the business.

The Amazon Account Manager EU will play a key role in driving marketplace performance, digital growth, and customer experience across Europe. Working closely with internal teams, external partners, and leading marketplace retailers, the Amazon Account Manager EU will oversee marketplace operations, optimise online performance, and support expansion into new European channels. This role offers the opportunity to shape marketplace strategy within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

The Amazon Account Manager EU will:

  • Manage and optimise marketplace performance across Amazon EU and other European ecommerce platforms.
  • Lead product onboarding, catalogue management, and content optimisation to improve visibility and conversion.
  • Monitor marketplace KPIs including traffic, sales, margins, ratings, returns, and availability.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Identify new marketplace opportunities, platform partnerships, and growth strategies across Europe.

The role requires:

  • Experience managing Amazon Vendor and/or Seller Central within a similar ecommerce or marketplace role.
  • Strong understanding of European marketplaces.
  • Excellent analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects, stakeholders, and multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and presentation skills.
