Location & Working Model: UK-based, remote-first role with quarterly London meet-ups

Key Role Feature: Lead a high-performing Amazon client services team, overall commercial strategy for 5 pillars. Following a period of strong growth, our client is expanding their leadership team to ensure service excellence and drive further commercial success. With a growing portfolio of consumer brands and a reputation for deep Amazon expertise, this is a unique opportunity to join a business at an exciting scale-up phase. This will be a career-defining move.

This Account Director role will see you lead a talented team of Account Managers and work closely with Ads specialists to ensure top-tier service delivery. You’ll also play a key part in commercial strategy, joining late-stage sales conversations, identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and supporting client growth with genuine value-adds and focusing on what’s important to the client.

The role requires someone with:

The Account Director will:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers across a portfolio of FMCG & CPG brands
  • Work cross-functionally with Ads, Ops and Content teams to align client strategies
  • Join select sales conversations to help win and shape mid-market accounts
  • Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities across services
  • Check in with key clients to ensure satisfaction and unlock further value

The Account Director will bring:

  • Senior-level Amazon agency experience, ideally in FMCG/CPG
  • Proven track record managing and mentoring high-performing teams
  • Strong commercial acumen and client relationship skills
  • A deep understanding of Vendor Central and Amazon growth levers
