This Account Director role will see you lead a talented team of Account Managers and work closely with Ads specialists to ensure top-tier service delivery. You’ll also play a key part in commercial strategy, joining late-stage sales conversations, identifying and executing upsell and cross sell opportunities, and supporting client growth with genuine value-adds and focussing on what\'s important to the client. The role requires someone with a strong Amazon agency background, a consultative approach, and the ability to elevate both people and performance.
