We’re hiring a Senior or Principal Consultant to join our growing GTM team, specialising in sales roles within high-growth tech businesses for North America. This will be candidate/account management, no new business. For this role, you must be able to commit to working 11am-8pm Mon-Thursday.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and manage a strong network of clients and candidates
- Grow and deepen existing client relationships
- Own the full candidate recruitment lifecycle
- Lead complex negotiations and deliver results
- Contribute ideas and market insights as a thought leader
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Champion the 3Search brand in the market
Requirements
- Proven success in hitting individual revenue targets
- Experience as a 180 or 360 agency recruiter
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High motivation and growth mindset
- A desire to become a sector expert / thought leader
- Someone who genuinely still loves recruitment
