Our client is a high-growth consumer wellness business entering a pivotal stage of its journey. With strong momentum behind the brand, the business is preparing for further retail growth, new launches and international expansion. This is an opportunity to join a founder-led company where brand has genuine commercial influence, helping shape how an ambitious challenger evolves into a recognised category leader while retaining the personality and originality that built its early success.

As Head of Brand, you'll take ownership of the brand's next chapter, combining creative judgement with commercial thinking to build a distinctive, consistent and scalable brand platform.

The Head of Brand will:

  • Work with the Founders to develop their brand strategy, positioning, messaging and tone across customer touchpoints
  • Lead brand development through retail growth, launches and international expansion
  • Turn creative ideas into structured campaigns, partnerships and executable plans
  • Manage agencies, creators, production partners and the brand marketing budget
  • Build the brand function, initially leading an existing social media resource

You Will Need:

  • Senior brand or marketing experience within a high-growth consumer business
  • Proven success building brands across both DTC and physical retail channels
  • Excellent creative judgement alongside strong strategic and commercial thinking
  • A strong understanding of consumer culture, personal care, beauty or wellness
  • Confidence operating hands-on within a lean, ambitious, founder-led environment
