Our client is a scaling enterprise software vendor entering an important stage of growth.

They are looking for an experienced partnerships leader to take ownership of a commercially critical global function.

Partnerships already contribute significant ARR, with the ambition to increase this.

You’ll inherit an established partner ecosystem of advisory and technology partners and a four-person international team, giving you the opportunity to provide the leadership, direction and commercial strategy needed to unlock its next phase of growth.

This Global Head of Partnerships opportunity suits someone who wants genuine influence.

The function has strong foundations, but now needs an experienced leader who can bring the team together, strengthen senior partner relationships and create a clear strategy for sustainable, partnership-led growth.

The Global Head of Partnerships will report to the CEO and will own the global partnerships strategy, develop the existing ecosystem, build deeper rigour and frameworks, and establish a more sophisticated approach to managing a variety of partner models.

  • Role Highlights
  • Lead and develop a four-person partnerships team across multiple international markets
  • Build deeper, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across strategic alliances
  • Create tailored partner strategies for advisory and tech partners rather than a one size fits all
  • Work closely with sales and executive leadership to accelerate partner generated revenue
  • Identify gaps, growth opportunities and future requirements across the global partner ecosystem
  • You Will Need
  • Significant leadership experience within partnerships, alliances or strategic ecosystems in the software sector.
  • Strong understanding of complex enterprise partnership and alliance models in both advisory and tech.
  • Comfortable with regular global travel.
  • Evidence of growing commercially valuable, long-term partner relationships.
  • The gravitas to represent partnerships internally and with senior external stakeholders.
  • A visible, hands-on leadership style with the energy to develop people and drive change.
  • Why You’ll Love It
  • Take ownership of a function responsible for significant ARR
  • Shape the future operating model rather than simply maintain an existing structure
  • Have significant visibility and influence with senior executive leadership and CEO
  • Lead an established international team with scope to develop the function further
