This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thetford for a Skills Coach specializing in Health and Social Care Apprenticeships. The Skills Coach will deliver tailored coaching sessions, monitor apprentice progress, and provide constructive feedback to ensure successful qualification achievement.
Responsibilities include:
- Training needs analysis
- Supporting apprentices with personal and professional development
- Performing workplace assessments
- Maintaining accurate learner records in compliance with guidelines
- Collaboration with employers to ensure program alignment and effective delivery
Qualifications:
- Proven skills in coaching, mentoring, and training delivery
- Knowledge of health and social care practices, standards, and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with learners and employers
- Proficiency in organizing and performing workplace assessments
- Experience with learner progress tracking systems and compliance management
- Ability to deliver feedback and motivate learners to achieve their goals
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Health and Social Care, Education, or related field
- Experience with apprenticeships or similar training programs is an advantage
