We are seeking a part-time enthusiastic and motivated Business Development & Sales Executive to help grow our impact and increase revenue across our range of innovative products and services. Genera rating new business opportunities and increasing sales across the UK with high focus on London, the West Midlands and Wales areas. Responsible for promoting our range of neurodiversity products and services to organisations, employers and individuals.

The role would suit someone who is passionate about making a difference, enjoys building relationships and wants to be part of a business with a strong social purpose.

Experience within the neurodiversity sector is not essential, as full product training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Neurodiversity training for organisations and individuals, Neurodiversity coaching programmes withing justice, employability and apprenticeship sectors. Access to Work neurodiversity coaching, other consultancy, coaching and training services developed by the organisation.
  • Generate new business opportunities across the target regions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with employers, public sector organisations, charities and private sector businesses.
  • Identify prospective clients through networking, research and lead generation activities.
  • Conduct sales meetings, presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities from initial contact through to contract agreement.
  • Meet and exceed agreed income generation targets.
  • Work closely with colleagues to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Attend networking events, conferences and meetings as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance and business development activity.

Expected Performance Targets

  • Income generation target: Β£8,000 per month (Β£96,000 per annum) from coaching and training products.
  • Generate additional revenue opportunities to support organisational growth and sustainability.
  • 10% commission on income generated above Β£4,000 per month.
  • Uncapped earning potential based on performance.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence in speaking with senior decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently from home.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Results-focused approach with a passion for achieving targets.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to transport.
  • Previous experience in business development, sales or account management.
