Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience selling fintech, FX, payments or banking solutions
- Strong outbound B2B sales track record
- Experience with international payments, FX and ideally virtual IBANs
- Existing professional network and relationship-led sales approach
- Strong commercial judgement and consultative sales skills
- Experience in sectors such as wholesale, e-commerce, logistics or professional services preferred
- Fluent English plus another European language is a strong advantage

- Driving outbound sales across target markets

- Managing the full sales cycle from origination to close
- Building relationships with founders, CFOs and other key decision makers within international businesses
- Developing partnerships with legal, corporate and other professional service firms
- Maintaining strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline
- Working closely with Client Management and Revenue leadership to grow long-term client value
- Developing and executing on strategies to drive company revenue
