We are looking for a hands-on Social Media Content Creator/Manager to join our Marketing & Brand team and turn standout content into real, high-quality enquiries. Balance creativity with rigour: make platform-native content that people actually care about and turn attention into enquiries—while staying on-brand and compliant. You will run an editorial calendar, partner with Design for templates and visuals, work with Digital Performance on lead capture and testing, and share clear, simple results each week. Reporting to the Head of Communications & Content, you will also work closely with the Head of Brand, Graphic Designers, PR & Events and Head of Digital Performance to plan, make, and ship platform-native content—and set up simple, trackable ways for people to get in touch.
What you will be doing:
- Create & ship: Work independently and, when needed, with freelancers and team to plan, script, shoot and edit native content (reels/shorts, carousels, threads, lives) for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok.
- Lead capture: Set up and improve paths to enquire (Social Lead Gen forms, DM keywords, sign-ups to guides/events); align targeting and tests with Digital Performance.
- Brand voice and consistency: Work closely with designers to keep typography, colour and motion on-brand; build reusable templates.
- Messaging & approvals: Partner with the Head of Communications & Content on story, tone and sign-off; keep copy clear, compliant and accessible.
- Community care: With support of our customer support team, reply to comments/DMs and manage Trustpilot responses with empathy and brand-safe language.
- SEO enablement: Work with SEO and Paid Social to align content, keywords, and landing pages.
- Reporting: Share weekly readouts on what worked (views, watch time, clicks, enquiries) and what we will test next.
- PR & Events: Partner closely to sync calendars, messages, campaigns and approvals. Turning press wins and events into on-brand social assets; plan pre-event build-up, capture on-site highlights, publish post-event recaps, and report impact (reach, engagement, enquiries).
A little bit about you:
- 3-4 years' hands-on social/content experience (B2B or B2B2C) with LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook as core channels.
- Lead capture (social): run LinkedIn/Meta lead forms, DM keyword flows, and link-in-bio/gated downloads; test weekly and improve results.
- Tracking & reporting (social): tag posts with UTMs, keep pixels healthy, read GA4 + native platform analytics, and share clear, action-led dashboards.
- Editorial calendar ownership with smart repurposing across formats/regions.
- Work confidently within brand guidelines and structured approvals (incl. Compliance).
- On-camera confident for reels, lives, and interviews when needed.
- Community management (incl. Trustpilot) with timely, thoughtful replies.
- Collaborative with Comms, Brand, Design, and Digital Performance.
- Strong briefing into Design; pre-plan around key events, launches, and holidays.
Nice-to-haves:
- Fintech/financial services or B2B SaaS background; regulated-industry experience.
- Media/filming/design background or strong understanding.
- Exposure to CRM/marketing automation and social tools (e.g., HubSpot, Meltwater) and general analytics tools (e.g., GA4).
What success looks like:
- High audience engagement and capturing leads from social.
- Better landing-page conversion from social clicks.
- Fast replies to priority DMs/reviews (within one working day).
- Clear monthly proof of which content helped start sales conversations.
- Grow our brand voice and community across all socials.
In return for your hard work:
- Competitive salary + stock options (after 12 months) & benefits.
- Hybrid working setup in our central London office.
- Space for non-BAU projects to grow your craft.
- High-trust, low-ego culture with real ownership.
