What you’ll be doing
- You will support and manage projects from planning through to delivery, helping ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
- Support the planning and coordination of projects from initiation through to completion.
- Assist in defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Track project progress, risks, issues, and actions, ensuring they are clearly documented and managed.
- Work with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to keep projects moving forward.
- Support the preparation of project documentation, reports, and updates.
- Help manage changes, dependencies, and priorities across multiple projects.
- Contribute to project closure activities, including handover and lessons learned.
- Provide clear and professional updates to internal stakeholders and management.
What you’ll be working on

- 1–2 years’ experience in project support, administration, or coordination roles.
