What you’ll be doing

  • You will support and manage projects from planning through to delivery, helping ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
  • Support the planning and coordination of projects from initiation through to completion.
  • Assist in defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Track project progress, risks, issues, and actions, ensuring they are clearly documented and managed.
  • Work with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to keep projects moving forward.
  • Support the preparation of project documentation, reports, and updates.
  • Help manage changes, dependencies, and priorities across multiple projects.
  • Contribute to project closure activities, including handover and lessons learned.
  • Provide clear and professional updates to internal stakeholders and management.

What you’ll be working on

  • You’ll be working across a mix of IT and technology delivery projects.
  • Internal business improvement initiatives.

What we’re looking for

  • 1–2 years’ experience in project support, administration, or coordination roles.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A well-spoken, confident, and professional manner.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at different levels.
  • A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
  • Ability to work on-site in Rochdale (Tuesday–Thursday).
  • Exposure to project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, PRINCE2, Waterfall).
  • Experience working in IT, MSP, or professional services environments.
