3 Recruit Ltd are an employment business based in Sutton Coldfield and our client are based in the Minworth area of Birmingham and are looking to recruit a Class 2 driver for regular long term work with an immediate start. The work is on days with mainly distance deliveries. The deliveries will involve you taking out a delivery or two completing them and then running back to the depot. The work does involve some manual handling (aided by a pallet truck and some deliveries will be loaded/offloaded with a Fork Lift) and will involve taking the stock into buildings. The vehicle that you will be driving will be either a box or curtain sided vehicle but you will need to strap the products down. Start times are generally 6am but can vary depending on the run for that day but some days can require early starts from about 04:00am and some later starts up-to 08:00am depending on your run. For this position you will have needed to have held your Class 2 drivers licence for at least 2 years or more and either have a clean licence or up-to 6 points are allowed if they are for minor offences.
