We’re looking for a motivated Technical Sales Manager to join our clients team and help grow their presence in across the South of England. This is a field-based role where you’ll work closely with clients in sectors like rail, industry, telecoms, pharma, and construction—helping them find the right solutions for their technical challenges.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients such as engineers, project owners, contractors, and design firms.
  • Build relationships and guide projects from first contact to specification and installation.
  • Deliver technical presentations and demos to showcase how our solutions solve real-world problems.
  • Support clients on-site with advice, training, and tailored technical support.
  • Attend industry events, forums, and site visits to uncover new opportunities.
  • Use CRM tools to manage contacts, plan your sales activity, and report on progress.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in technical sales or business development—especially with engineered or specification-led products.
  • Confident working with professionals across construction, electrical, mechanical, or industrial sectors.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage a territory independently and drive results.
  • Comfortable with regular UK travel (some overnight stays) and occasional international trips.
  • A degree is a plus, but hands-on experience counts too.
