Benefits of the Technical Sales Engineer * £50-65k basic salary * £7.5k commission UNCAPPED (Guaranteed for 2 years) * £5k company bonus * Car * Pension * Laptop * Mobile * 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays The Role of the Technical Sales Engineer * As the Technical Sales Engineer you will be driving sales in the defence, wind, renewables (hydro & tidal), construction, cranes, food & beverage, aviation, manufacturing, oil and gas and power generation sector across Scotland and the North of England. * Selling hydraulics and tooling equipment, you will also be selling man power to go onto client sites and carry out the work. * You will be selling to end users, distributors, OEM's, owners, maintenance companies and installers etc… The Ideal Person for the Technical Sales Engineer * As the Technical Sales Engineer you will need to be hungry and driven to progress and in for a long term career. * YOU MUST HAVE a technical qualification, HND + in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering. * Great if you have experience within the Hydraulics industry, but they will consider someone who has other Mechanical Solutions sales experience. * You will have a strong track record in field sales with a minimum of 5-10 years’ experience selling into the UK OEM market
