3R Consulting are expanding and we are looking to appoint an experienced recruiter to join the team in the Chester office. Established for 16 years, we are a stable independent consultancy with over 100 years worth of recruitment experience between the directors and consultants. Originally specialising in sales and marketing positions we have evolved to cover permanent positions in other sectors including construction, pharmacy and hospitality. There are many Recruitment Consultant roles out there and we appreciate that as an experienced Consultant you will have your pick of jobs, so why 3R Consulting? We’re not going to try and paint us as completely unique, as ultimately we work in recruitment and the day to day duties are roughly the same, so we can\’t tell you that you should join us because \”we are different from the rest\”. We are probably \”similar\” to the rest, but probably differ in our down to earth approach to how we view ourselves and what we believe is our potential offering to you. Firstly – It\’s a \”grown up\” environment, meaning the working hours are whatever you need to make your day productive but to also keep the wife/husband/girlfriend/boyfriend/both/kids/pets happy. You don\’t need to be chained to a desk or wear a suit to succeed in recruitment. We believe in a relaxed culture and you having a good work/life balance and want to promote that environment as we grow. Secondly- There are no ridiculous KPIs, call monitoring times or micro managers here. There is simply one KPI: how you are performing for the salary you are receiving. Simple. It is sales after all, so you will be of course assigned a target to achieve for the salary you receive. We\’ll give you all the tools, training and support you need to achieve that and reward you with a generous straightforward commission scheme. It isn\’t a free for all at 3R where you can come and go as you please and never be held accountable for anything, hence why we are looking for a proven Consultant who knows what we mean by the above two points. Thirdly- Freedom! Meaning you get to build your desk as you see fit. You have a voice, you have ideas, you don\’t like being pigeon holed into the battery farm environment that you may be currently experiencing. We aren\’t a rigid, old school recruitment business. We also aren\’t a fresh start up in absolute chaos. We are the happy medium and realise this is 2025. Finally! – We all are passionate about recruitment and genuinely enjoy the success we have with our clients and candidates, but we also don\’t take ourselves too seriously. We don\’t promote the \”ping pong table\” culture but we have plenty of fun and have no issues wrapping up for an early dart or a drink together. Salary really depends on experience which we can discuss along with the generous commission scheme that operates here.
