Our Client, an established and growing business solutions provider, is expanding. They are looking for a confident and motivated Sales Development Representatives / Lead Generators to support the sales team by generating high-quality opportunities.
The Role
This role is primarily focused on outbound calling using provided data to generate qualified leads for our sales consultants. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, playing a key role in driving new business and supporting the wider sales function.
Key Responsibilities
- Making high-volume outbound calls to prospective business customers using provided data
- Engaging decision-makers and introducing the company's services
- Qualifying prospects and booking appointments / passing leads to the sales team
- Accurately updating CRM systems with call outcomes and lead information
- Consistently working towards individual and team targets
- Representing the company professionally and positively at all times
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in outbound sales, telesales, lead generation or appointment setting (preferred but not essential) or a strong desire to enter the world of B2B sales.
- Confident and clear telephone manner
- Resilient, self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Basic IT skills and familiarity with CRM systems
