The Inventory Controller is responsible for maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring the integrity of inventory across the fulfilment centres. The role plays a critical part in supporting operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, by ensuring stock is correctly received, stored, tracked, and reported.
Working closely with warehouse operations, customer experience, and systems teams, the Inventory Controller ensures good stock health and ensures any discrepancies are identified, investigated, and resolved promptly within a fast‑paced e‑commerce 3PL fulfilment environment. The Inventory Controller is a key operational specialist, acting as the central point of accountability for stock accuracy within the fulfilment centre.
