We are looking for an experienced and strategic Sales Enablement Specialist to drive excellence in how 3P products are positioned, understood and sold across our UKi region. Within this role, you will empower sales teams to become true product ambassadors, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge, tools and confidence to deliver compelling customer conversations that connect product value to meaningful education outcomes.

What you will be doing:
- Designing and leading engaging workshops, demos and Q&A sessions that build product confidence and align product positioning with regional sales strategies.
- Embedding product knowledge into sales processes, connecting features to curriculum outcomes and customer impact.
- Partnering with global enablement teams to maintain up-to-date materials, share regional insights and ensure alignment across platforms and methodologies.
- Owning the onboarding experience by developing structured pathways that combine product learning, sales tools and mentoring to accelerate readiness.
- Ensuring training reflects curriculum relevance and classroom impact, supporting the sales teams with deep product expertise.
- Participating in educational events, conferences and school visits to showcase 3P products, build relationships and gain market feedback.
Ideally, you will have:
- 2-3+ years in sales enablement, product training or sales roles, ideally within education or EdTech sectors.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering product and sales training in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- In-depth experience developing sales playbooks, learning content and aligning with CRM tools (Salesforce and GONG).
- Proven success building structured onboarding programs which deliver impact and ensure new hire readiness.
- Strong technical curiosity and ability to connect product features to learning outcomes and curriculum impact.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, being comfortable in leading sessions for diverse audiences.
- Strong attention to detail with a data-driven approach to measuring training effectiveness.
