As a Territory Business Manager, you will manage and grow business across your territory by promoting Solventum's IPSS portfolio. You will work closely with hospitals, clinicians, and procurement teams to understand needs, provide education, and deliver tailored solutions that enhance infection prevention and surgical performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed territory sales targets through effective account management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with theatre staff, infection prevention teams, vascular access teams and procurement leads.
  • Deliver product training, demonstrations, and educational sessions.
  • Support clinical evaluations and product trials.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Manage CRM updates, reporting, and sales forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Specialists and colleagues across Solventum.
  • Represent Solventum professionally at hospital meetings and events.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires the following qualifications:

  • Degree (preferred) in Life Sciences, Nursing, or Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years' experience in a medical sales or healthcare commercial role.
  • Understanding of NHS structure and decision-making processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with strong attention to detail.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
