As a Supervisor of Service & Repair for Personal Safety equipment located at our manufacturing site in Skelmersdale, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Impact You’ll Make

  • Lead a team of experts in Service & Repair for SCBA (Self‑Contained Breathing Apparatus), as well as powered and supplied air products.
  • Implement new processes and structures where needed to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Define and drive the Service & Repair strategy.
  • Support our customers in maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Manage internal and external communication with key stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a multidisciplinary service and repair team.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality repair and maintenance of SCBA and related equipment.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for process efficiency.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, and customer support functions.
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Prepare reports and communications for senior management and stakeholders.

  • Good knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, CRM platforms, or other enterprise systems.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Additional Information

  • Travel expectations: may include up to 5%.
  • The role has an on‑site working model, with the employee working at least four days a week in the office at Skelmersdale.
