Impact You’ll Make
- Lead a team of experts in Service & Repair for SCBA (Self‑Contained Breathing Apparatus), as well as powered and supplied air products.
- Implement new processes and structures where needed to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Define and drive the Service & Repair strategy.

- Manage internal and external communication with key stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a multidisciplinary service and repair team.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality repair and maintenance of SCBA and related equipment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for process efficiency.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, and customer support functions.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Prepare reports and communications for senior management and stakeholders.

Key Qualifications
