As a Sales Executive for our Commercial Branding & Transportation Division within the Graphic Market business, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Responsibilities
- Sales generation and penetration of specific 3M products, including printable films, coloured films, over-laminates, surface finishes and glass finishes
- Delivery/ownership of a defined sales quota
- Performance against defined Key Performance Indicators
- Regular engagement with key divisional functions, including sales management, marketing and technical support
- Management of a defined geographic territory of customers/accounts
Qualifications
- Strong sales experience, preferably selling B2B via Distribution/Channel partners
- Strong collaboration skills
- Team player with lots of energy
- Performance-oriented with a strong drive for success
- Self‑motivated and driven to achieve exceptional results
- Proven record of success
- Bachelor’s degree – preferred but not essential
Additional experience/qualifications that could help you succeed even further include:
- Graphic Market industry experience
- Graphic product knowledge and/or sales experience
- Experience of working in a corporate matrix environment
