The impact you have in this role:
- Sales generation and penetration of specific 3M products, including printable films, coloured films, over-laminates, surface finishes and glass finishes.
- Delivery/ownership of a defined sales quota.
- Performance against defined Key Performance Indicators.
- Regular engagement with key divisional functions, including sales management, marketing and technical support.
- Management of a defined geographic territory of customers/accounts.
Your Skills and Expertise:
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements:
- Strong sales experience preferably selling B2B via Distribution/Channel partners.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- Team player with lots of energy.

- Bachelor’s degree - preferred but not essential.

- Sales Territory - Field based position covering Northern England & Scotland.
- Ideal candidate location - Leeds, York, Harrogate - but will consider other locations North of Leicester.
