Key Account Manager (Automotive) (m / f /)
The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Key Account Manager for Automotive and Aerospace Solutions Division located inthe UK you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
- Drive profitable sales growth to surpass Operating Plan targets
- Execute the Automotive Division Strategy
- Implement EMEA Portfolio and Operational priorities
- Lead engagement with key account customers
- Foster effective partnerships and communication with multiple stakeholders
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements :
- Demonstrated sales and marketing experience in the automotive sector
- Proven expertise in managing global customers and complex products
- Proficiency in English both spoken and written
- Strong commercial acumen
Possession of a valid driver\’s license
Additional knowledge / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include :
- Project management, prioritisation, and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a technical or engineering environment
- Skilled in international collaboration and influencing cross-functional teams
- Experience in effective communication across diverse countries and cultures
Travel expectations : May include up to 50%
