Job Description:
The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Fall Protection Sales Specialist for the Personal Safety Division, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:

Achieving sales and margin targets quarterly, under an annual sales plan.
-
Working with end customers to advise and promote 3M Fall Protection Solutions.
-
Managing the sales pipeline with the Distributor network through effective relationships and strong communication
-
Collaborating with 3M technical teams to ensure a high level of on-site support where required
-
Developing and maintaining market, industry and product knowledge.

Maintaining accurate and up to date data within a CRM system and other appropriated systems.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:

Strong knowledge of the Fall Protection market is essential

Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization both externally and internally

A self-starter with the ability to work on your own and as part of a team

Strong communication and presentation skills – written and verbal.

Able to build excellent customer relationships

Self-motivated & extremely driven
Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

Have a passion for sales and exceeding targets.

Basic knowledge of the related EN standards would be preferable

A knowledge of Horizontal Systems Fall Protection training

Proficient in use of IT tools, Excel, Word, Powerpoint.

Job specifics:
Travel: Field based sales role with expectation to travel across the territory up to 75% likely to include overnight stays.
