Responsibilities

  • Leading the creation, execution and measurement of a Shopper Marketing Plan for assigned customers or channels.
  • Building relationships with key marketing personnel at your accounts and being highly collaborative with 3M sales and marketing teams.
  • Evaluating promotional effectiveness of various marketing tactics by setting and tracking the most relevant KPIs.
  • Ensuring successful new product launches by implementing effective sales tools for NPI, Sampling, Promotions, and events.
  • Working closely with Area Marketing center to ensure impactful marketing materials and messages at point of purchase online or offline.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field or equivalent industry experience.
  • Previously demonstrated combined experience in sales, marketing, analytics or category management in the consumer packaged goods industry.
  • Analytical thinking skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Preferred qualifications

  • Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration from an accredited institution.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills; demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional teams.
  • Previous experience in a shopper marketing, eCommerce, or advanced analytics role.

As a Shopper Marketing Specialist for our Consumer Business Group you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. You will have the opportunity to work with some of our iconic brands, including Scotch, Post-it, Scotch‑Brite, Filtrete, Command, Nexcare, Meguiar's, and Futuro, leading trade promotion strategies and tactics. This role aligns trade investments with prioritised portfolios, customers and channels.

Travel Expectations

May include up to 10% domestic coverage within defined sales territory.

Working Pattern

Full time.

Remuneration
