This position will be responsible for coordinating with Area Portfolio owners and agencies to ensure the creation of high-quality digital product content, including titles, descriptions, bullets, images, A+ content, media assets, and copywriting.
The E-Commerce Content Creator will oversee the end-to-end content production process, ensuring that all content aligns with our marketing goals and communication strategies.
Here, you will make an impact by
- Coordinating with Area Portfolio owners, AMC e Commerce team and external agencies to develop and create engaging digital product content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.
- Overseeing the creation of e Commerce content (product marketing text, product images, A+ Content, and other digital assets) to ensure it aligns with 3M EMEA’s marketing goals, communication priorities, and customer platform requirements, including Amazon.
- Leading communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consumer-centric content creation and manage the entire development process.
- Translating product communication strategies and key claims into clear, accurate, and benefit-led content tailored for Amazon and other digital retailers.
- Writing, editing, and proofreading optimized product titles, bullet points, descriptions that follow Amazon SEO best practices and category conventions.
- Reviewing and approving content produced by agencies to ensure it meets content quality standards and brand guidelines.
- Contributing to EMEA-level content capability improvement projects, including Amazon content excellence programs.
- Monitoring e-commerce content performance metrics (e. g., search ranking, conversion, content quality scores, A/B tests) to inform ongoing optimizations.
- Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience in content design and creation, with a focus on e-commerce or digital marketing. This is a mandatory requirement.
- Amazon content optimization experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in working with different internal stakeholders and coordinating with external agencies.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English. Additional languages are a plus.
- Strong understanding of SEO and Amazon search optimization practices.
